INGREDIENTS:
Filtered water, soy protein concentrate, canola oil, toasted wheat crumb (wheat flour, cane sugar, yeast, salt, turmeric extract, paprika extract), wheat gluten, methylcellulose, spices, oregano, dried onion, salt, yeast extract, sugar, barley malt extract, natural flavours, dried garlic.
Contains: soy, wheat, gluten.
May contain: sesame. -
AIR FRYER
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (205°C).
Place 8–10 frozen meatballs in basket.
Air fry 6–8 min. Let stand 1 min.
OVEN
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place frozen meatballs on a non-stick tray.
Bake 16–18 min, turning halfway. -
Crisp the meatballs, then top them over a pasta for a protein boost. Serve in a toasted sub with marinara and melted cheese for a hearty bite.
